AIB International’s FSSC 22000: Introduction, Interpretation and Implementation seminar provides the tools necessary to understand and implement an FSSC 22000 Food Safety system in your facility from the auditor’s perspective.
In three days, participants will learn to develop, implement, and maintain programs that meet the FSSC 22000 Audit Standard.
Day One provides a detailed review of the FSSC 22000 Global Standard for Food Safety, ISO/TS 22002-1 and PAS 223.
Day Two provides practical application of FSSC 22000 principles during workshops where the instructor will challenge participants with specific situations. Participants will work together in teams to implement the required procedures and then present their findings to the class.
Day Three provides a practical focus on FSSC 22000 procedures by walking participants through how to work with the nuts and bolts of FSSC 22000 requirements.
