The International Grains Program, Kansas State University Department of Grain Science and Industry, AIB International, and the International Association of Operative Millers have joined forces to present "Grain Milling HACCP Workshop." This two and one-half day seminar has been developed specifically for the Grain Processing and Milling industries and will explore:
• Key elements of the Food Safety Modernization Act
• The flour milling process
• Essential Prerequisite Programs/GMPs
• Food safety hazards associated with cereal grains
• How to develop a step-by-step process to implement and manage a HACCP Program
The seminar will be held at the Kansas State University Department of Grain Science and Industry's International Grains Program Conference Center, 1980 Kimball Ave., 102 IGP Bldg., Manhattan, KS 66506.

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Holiday Inn at the Campus for the nights of October 21, 22, and 23 at the special single rate of $76 plus tax per night. Hotel reservations must be made at the time of registration in order for AIB to pass this special rate on to you. Course participants are responsible for their own hotel bills.
Completion of this seminar earns the participant Continuing Education Units. This seminar is accredited by the International HACCP Alliance.
