ASB accepts Innovation Awards entries
The American Society of Baking (ASB) is accepting applications through Oct. 10 for its inaugural Innovation Awards program, which celebrates industry leaders and companies in the grain-based food industry for their innovative development and implementation of leading-edge products, equipment design and advancements in ingredient technology.
Finalists will be selected by a panel of bakers in the wholesale baking industry in three categories: Health, Nutrition and Wellness; Eco Design and Sustainable Technologies; and Operational Excellence.
Winners will be announced in December and honored at BakingTech and MarketPlace 2015, held March 1-3 in Chicago.
