The Bakers Courtesy Club of Chicago elects John Sticker of Practical Baker Equipment president; Jeff Heath, publisher of Snack Food & Wholesale Bakery, becomes second vice president.
The Bakers Courtesy Club of Chicago, Long Grove, Ill., elects the following list of officers for 2012:
John Stricker, Practical Baker Equipment--presidentEdward Lee, Jr., Modern Baking Magazine and Baking Management Magazine -- First vice president
Jeff Heath, publisher of Snack Food & Wholesale Bakery -Second vice president
Edward Heina, Cobblestone Ovens, Inc., – Secretary/treasurer The new board of directors are Paul Sharp, of Sharp Search, Ltd., Don Bianchi, Sr., of Bianchi Milling and Mel Mueller of Mel Mueller Enterprises, Inc.
