We recently sat down with Bella Hughes, co-founder and chief revenue officer, Better Sour, to discuss trends in plant-based candy, as well as what's new with the brand.
In this interview, Hughes explains how the brand uses tapioca fiber in its products to mimic gelatin's chewiness, which is naturally high in fiber (and high fiber candy and snacks are now trending), as well as how the candy has a lower carbon footprint versus their non-vegan counterparts.
