This spring-inspired take on the snack features bright, tangy lemon crème layered between two crisp vanilla cookies.

The dessert box features festive packaging, preset seasonal flavors, and three unique toppers designed for spring celebrations. 

The scrappy baked good entrepreneur talks about taking her company from a literal kitchen-counter operation to a brand with a national presence.

The baked good is available through April 12 in all cake sizes—8”, 10”, Bundtlets, and Bundtinis—and is baked with real banana purée, made with Mini Nilla Wafers, and drizzled with vanilla pudding.

The bite-sized cookies are suitable for Easter baskets, seasonal gifting, and springtime celebrations, the brand says.

Both seasonal bakery flavors are available individually and featured in the new Spring Garden Party Assortment.

The treats are focusing on on party-ready desserts and brand collaborations.

To celebrate 3/14, the brand will be releasing a Cookie Dough Pie (available the full week), plus a bonus pie flavor, for one day only.

The company’s mission to provide healthful and indulgent products was inspired by the founder’s personal health journey.
