Mavericks Snacks introduces seasonal lemon cookies
The treat will launch in select Whole Foods Market stores nationwide.

Known for its bolt-shaped cookies and sandwich crackers, Mavericks Snacks is aiming to continue its mission of modernizing nostalgic snack classics with its newest innovation: Lemon Crème Sandwich Cookies.
This spring-inspired take on the classic sandwich cookie features bright, tangy lemon crème layered between two crisp vanilla cookies, and is available for a limited time at select Whole Foods Market stores nationwide.
The cookies are available in a 9-oz sharing size box, and are made with 6 g of sugar per serving. They are also Non-GMO Project Verified and plant-based.
“Mavericks has always been about reimagining the snacks we grew up with,” says Garrison Jones, CEO of Mavericks Snacks. “With the success of our Sandwich Crackers, we saw how strongly families respond to familiar formats made with better ingredients. Lemon Crème was a natural next step—something playful, seasonal, and instantly recognizable.”
“At Whole Foods Market, we’re always looking to curate the best selection of innovative, high-quality products—our shoppers crave inventiveness, particularly when it comes to snacks,” says Lynda Berrios, category merchant. “Our partnership with Mavericks allows us to do just that.”
