The Tortilla Industry Association (TIA), Arlington, Va., is betting on a highly successful convention this year. Recognized as the most important event for all tortilla and flatbread manufacturers, producers, suppliers, consumers and others involved in this growing industry, the TIA Convention, set for Sept. 12-13 in Las Vegas, will showcase equipment, materials, ingredients, packaging and services all in one place.
