Rich Products Corp., Buffalo, N.Y. — Robert E. Rich, Jr. has been elected president and CEO by the company’s board. He is the second chairman in the company’s history, succeeding his father, Robert E. Rich, who passed away on Feb. 15, 2006. Rich has been with the company for 43 years and was elected president in 1978. As president, he has been integral in expanding Rich Products both domestically and internationally.

Rovema Packaging Machines, Lawrenceville, Ga. — Dennis Winberry has been named the new regional sales manager for the company’s Northeast territory. Winberry brings to the company more than 20 years of managerial experience in the packaging industry. Prior to moving to Rovema, Winberry was regional sales manager for NJM CLI.
