John Madia has joined Joliet, Ill.-based CMC America as its director of sales.
Madia, who has 27 years of experience in the baking industry, is a member of the American Society of Baking, the Baker’s Courtesy Club of Chicago and the Food Processing Suppliers Association Bakery Council.
CMC America has been designing and manufacturing mixers, depositors and other baking equipment and systems since 1988.
