Product Snapshot: Reformulated Veggie Stix vegetable snacks have up to 25% of the recommended daily allowance for vitamins A, B6, D and E. The vegetable snacks contain a concentrate made from a mix of spinach, broccoli, carrots, beets, shiitake mushrooms and tomatoes using a proprietary process. According to the company, the concentrate retains the nutrients and flavors of the vegetables during a proprietary cooking process.
