Product Snapshot: Born out of the hills of Italy’s Tuscany region, Vintage Italia Pasta Chips were inspired by the gently baked, fresh pasta served in traditional Italian osterie. Made with semolina flour, ancient grains and Italian herbs, the oven-baked chips are cholesterol-free and contain 60% less fat than potato chips and 30% less fat than pita chips, according to Baptistas Bakery. They can be topped, dipped or consumed straight from the bag. Available flavors are Alfredo, Garlic Olive Oil, Marinara, Mediterranean Sea Salt and Spicy Tomato Basil.
