IDDBA 17, supported by the International Dairy Deli Bakery Association, will take place June 4–6 in Anaheim, CA. The show brings together industry leaders and innovators to all grow business pursuits. IDDBA attracts over 9,000 attendees and exhibitors and features over 1,900 booths. Cake Decorating Challenge: Watch contestants from Marketplace Food and Drug, Hy-Vee and Harps Food Stores as they decorate enough cakes to fill one multi-level, eight-foot bakery case; decorate a tiered wedding cake; and decorate custom-design cakes. The judges for the event will be Jim Caliendo, national product trainer, Rich Products Corp., and Dustin Humpherys, key account manager, Maplehurst Bakeries. Attendees can vote for the People’s Choice Award.

Professional Deli/Bakery Manager Leadership Forum: Join Harold Lloyd Presents and IDDBA for a professional and personal development opportunity for top deli and bakery managers to learn and grow while meeting other industry professionals. Learn best practices, seek problem solutions and learn about the latest trends.

A new feature at IDDBA 17 is Expert Neighborhood, an educational area where attendees can meet one-on-one with experts to discuss questions, industry challenges and business problems. This show feature will offer over 20 experts with different specialties, discussing:
