Product Snapshot: Wisoman Foods Inc. has launched additional products to complement its line of ethnic Indian flatbreads, Wisoman’s Whole Wheat Phulka Roti and Masala Roti. An unleavened Indian flatbread which is uncooked, free of preservatives and Non-GMO Project Verified. Once cooked, it can be served warm with Indian curries and vegetables.

Along with its Phulka Roti, made with durum wheat flour, the Whole Wheat Roti is made with four simple ingredients, giving our roti great texture and a heartier taste compared to standard brands. The Masala Roti is made with chickpea flour, fenugreek leaves, turmeric and cumin, contributing to great health benefits.
