Equipment Snapshot: Hinds-Bock Corp.’s hot-fill lines accommodate a variety of food and bakery products, including cheese, peanut butter and sauces. They feature heated filling machines to maintain proper fill temperature. Heat options are insulated hoppers, jacketed and insulated hoppers that accept plant-supplied hot water, and self-contained hot oil heat systems with multizone control to heat the entire filling flow path. The self-contained systems can maintain 1° ± at temperatures up to 210° F.
