Made with sunflower seeds and a touch of honey, you'll want to toast these and top them with melted butter or pile them high with breakfast sammie delights. Packed in new Stay-Fresh Packaging, these English Muffins are sealed air-tight and will stay fresh for 90 days after they are packed at Canyon Bakehouse's bakery (once you open them - you should eat them within five days like any other bread).
