Product Snapshot: Tofurky, the largest independent producer of plant-based proteins in the U.S., is branching out from the “meats” that it is so well known for, and launching a new line of plant-based, dairy-free frozen cheesecakes under the sub-brand Moocho. These cheesecakes are creamy, decadent, dairy-free desserts and come in a variety of fan-favorite flavors like Triple Berry Swirl, Vanilla and Chocolate. The cheesecakes will be available in select and conventional retailers starting May 2019 in either single-serve units or multi-pack units. Like all Tofurky foods, the new chef-crafted Moocho desserts are 100 percent non-GMO and use organic, locally sourced ingredients whenever possible.
