Umami-Essence Sea Salt

Ingredient Snapshot: Salt of the Earth Umami-Essence Sea Salt is a natural, savory liquid mixture of vegetable-extract umami and sea salt. According to the company, the product has at least 75 percent less sodium than regular sea salt, enabling food processors to dramatically decrease sodium levels in new and existing product formulations. It also contains no monosodium glutamate (MSG) and is all-natural, vegan and kosher. Umami-Essence comes in an easy-to-pour jug and is instantly soluble.
