Sanders & Morley Candy Makers announced that the company recently signed a lease to occupy additional warehouse space in Macomb Township, Michigan.

The 38,361 square foot facility will provide Sanders with the much-needed space it requires for storage and supplies as sales continue to rapidly increase.

“We’re so proud of the tremendous growth we’ve been experiencing for the last decade,” said Brian Jefferson, chairman and CEO of Sanders & Morley Candy Makers. “This new warehouse space will certainly help put us in a position to continue this forward momentum.”

In addition to leasing this latest warehouse space, in the last four years Sanders has also purchased property adjacent to its main production facility, leased an additional 50,000 square-foot distribution center, implemented new cloud-based ERP software, added new key employees to its executive leadership team, upgraded its telephone system, added multiple new production lines and installed a new 500-gallon caramel cooking kettle.

“Throughout every stage of our growth, we’ve made it a priority to partner with other Michigan companies and find Michigan workers whenever possible,” Jefferson said. “It’s a great to feeling to help push the Michigan economy forward and create jobs for more Metro Detroit residents.”

Sanders’ administrative and production operations will remain at its main office located at 23770 Hall Road and its distribution center will remain at 22800 Hall Road in Clinton Township, Michigan.
