Cookie meets confection in the culmination of a sweet toother’s dream experiment turned treat — the 1 & Only from S&S Candies.

“[It’s] the only genuine authentic candy/cookie brand that can be sold in the candy or cookie aisle,” Randy Schneider, a partner at the Manhattan, N.Y.-based company says.

The motley snack combines Famous Amos cookies with Skippy Peanut Butter Cups and various candies such as M&M’s, Butterfinger, Nestlé Crunch and Nestlé White Chocolate. Two varieties — Nestlé Peanut Butter Cup and M&M White Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup — are being launched in C-stores, mass merchandisers, grocery and drug stores, with each snack pack containing two varieties of Famous Amos cookies — one chocolate chip and one chocolate sandwich — with Skippy Peanut Butter Cups attached to each cookie, Schneider explains.

“Amazingly [enough], attached to the other side of each cookie are M&M’s Minis and white chocolate chips,” he adds. “Our second flavor uses the same unique style, but … is packed with Butterfinger and Nestlé Buncha Crunch in each Skippy Peanut Butter Cup. You really have to see it and taste it to understand it is the 1 & Only!”

In his youth, Wally Amos worked as a talent agent, and would send his homemade chocolate chip cookies to celebrities to entice them to sign with him. The cookies were a runaway hit that and the Famous Amosbrand was born. Famous Amos was acquired by Kellogg Co., Battle Creek, Mich. in 2001.
