Peerless Food Equipment is pleased to announce a new educational webinar series that will begin in January 2013.  This series is titled Ask the Expert, and will consist of six different webinars covering a wide variety of topics, from equipment to preventative maintenance to best sanitation practices.   These educational webinars are designed to provide  a detailed  review of important topics facing our industry today, as well as provide time to address audience questions.  Additionally, Peerless will be offering supplemental white papers on each topic to the registrants immediately following each webinar.  

The free webinar series will take place throughout 2013 – with a webinar occurring every other month.  The presenters consist of seasoned engineers and experienced service technicians who are immersed in the industry and equipment. The dates and topics planned include:
