Second-time host Paulaur Corporation welcomed industry professionals to its facility for a Panned Confections course held November 12-15

The PMCA Production Conference Program Committee has named James Walsh,  food scientist, nutrition and bakery at Tate & Lyle, as the twenty-seventh recipient of the Marie Kelso Memorial Award.

The conference will take place April 15–17 in Lancaster, PA.

Attendees representing a variety of companies participated in the course, held June 20–23 in Buffalo, NY.

Reginald Ohlson, retired from Mars, received the PMCA Distinguished Service Award, and Pam Gesford, Hershey, received the 25th Marie Kelso Memorial Award.
