Reginald Ohlson, retired from Mars, received the PMCA Distinguished Service Award, and Pam Gesford, Hershey, received the 25th Marie Kelso Memorial Award.

PMCA's production conference will take place April 17–19, at the Lancaster County Convention Center in Lancaster, PA.

University of Missouri-Columbia student Alan McClure, PMCA’s 2018-2019 grant-in-aid recipient, has completed his research project, “Optimization of Bitterness in Chocolate Through Roasting with Analysis of Related Changes in Important Bitter Compounds.”
