Tyson Foods has been on the board of directors for the Food Processing Education Consortium for more than a year and played a crucial role in the creation and implementation of the curriculum of the Food Industry Technician (FIT) Certification program.
More than 19,000 people attended the events, which were held simultaneously at McCormick Place in Chicago Nov. 3-6. The Food Processing Suppliers Association (FPSA) and the International Dairy Foods Association say they will again co-locate these events in 2015.
The Food Processing Suppliers Association (FPSA) and the International Dairy Foods Association (IDFA) recently signed an agreement to co-locate PROCESS EXPO and the International Dairy Show in Chicago, beginning in 2013. The two shows will take place Nov. 3-6, bringing more than 800 exhibitors and 15,000 industry professionals to McCormick Place.
