Anuga has announced a hybrid expo, scheduled for October 11–13, 2021, with the in-person component taking place at Koelnmesse in Cologne, Germany.

After extensive discussions with industry participants and the German Agricultural Society (DLG), the professional and conceptual sponsor of the trade fair, Koelnmesse sees no alternative but to postpone Anuga FoodTec.
