The company said Pennsylvania health officials are predicting a peak in COVID-19 cases this week, so Just Born has suspended production through May 3.

The Peeps brand is offering several new items in celebration of Easter, including fresh takes on the brand’s classic marshmallow Chicks.

Production at Just Born Quality Confections’ manufacturing facilities in Philadelphia and Bethlehem, Pa. will remain suspended through at least April 20, the company announced Thursday.
