Educational content for 21st annual event being developed

The Food Safety Summit Educational Advisory Board (EAB), comprised of industry leading experts across the entire food industry is working collectively to develop the education program for the 2019 event scheduled for May 6-9, 2019 at the Donald Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, IL.
For the 20th year, the Food Safety Summit will be providing an in-depth schedule of education sessions when it returns to the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, IL May 7-10, 2018.
