AIBThe 2012 Food Safety and Sanitation for Food Plants seminar provides essential information needed to develop and maintain prerequisite programs to help meet the challenges of maintaining the proper environment for the production of quality, safe legal food.

This course is excellent for new managers with food safety and sanitation responsibilities. It is also a great update for seasoned managers wanting current information on today’s expectations. This continues to be one of AIB’s most popular courses. Early enrollment is encouraged to guarantee a space.

This seminar offers a variety of topics important to any food plant manager. New regulations, new products, microbiological concerns, and customer demands dictate that personnel responsible for food safety remain current. Staffing reductions and increased production demands make this seminar a must to help you find more effective, efficient and cost-saving ways to stay on track.

Seminar participants will receive lecture support materials to use as a reference upon return to the plant. Additionally, the AIB International Consolidated Standards for Prerequisite and Food Safety Programs and the PCT Handbook for Structure Infesting Beetles are included.

Participants will have an opportunity to meet with speakers and other participants during a social hour on Monday and Tuesday following the seminar. This relaxed atmosphere allows for one-on-one discussions with instructors and other seminar participants to help discover solutions to issues you face in your facility.

Due to the volume of handout material, remember to leave extra room in your travel bag.
