Barcelona Food Technology- will hold its thirteenth edition with a focus on internationalisation and innovation. On 15–18 May 2012, Fira de Barcelona's Gran Vía venue will host one of the most important European trade shows for the industry. The combination of this show with Hispack will make it a must-attend event for the food and drinks industry,
Participants at this edition will include such international leaders as Gea-Wesfalia Separador, Multivac, Roser, Marel Food Systems, Dorsal, Mimasa, Intecal, Danish Export Association, CBS Systems, Abello Linde and Ezma, and feature the latest technology, machinery and intermediate food product solutions for all sectors of the food and drinks industry. Together with Hispack, the event will attract more than 1,400 exhibitors and 45,000 professional visitors to a total of over 100,000 m2 of gross exhibition space.
