Sterling Choicebrand of flaxseed ingredients.
“This collaboration will make it easier for our customers to access all of the diverse health benefits of flaxseed, especially its high omega-3 fatty acid content,” said Brian Tompoles, vice president of GPC.
Demand for flaxseed has grown in tandem with burgeoning consumer demands for Omega-3s, prebiotic dietary fibers, antioxidants, low glycemic and gluten-free foods.
“This is a good move for us and for our customers,” added Sean Moriarty, president for ENRECO. “ENRECO’s collaboration with GPC significantly expands our market presence while leveraging GPC’s first-rate customer service and technical applications capabilities.”
