Hickory Harvest Foods, Akron, OH, has hired Eric McGrath as director of operations and Joe Fischer as Northeast regional sales manager.

McGrath (top) joins Hickory Harvest with more than 10 years of manufacturing, supply chain management, information technology and finance experience. Most recently he worked in supply change management and finance at Flagstone Foods, a division of Treehouse Foods in Minneapolis.

Fischer (bottom) will manage Hickory Harvest Foods and its affiliate brands I.M. Good and American Confections for the Northeast U.S. He has more than 10 years of sales and sales management experience, most recently with Arizona Beverage, where he served a six state region.
