Shuttleworth LLC has announced the addition of Tony Leckie as West Coast regional sales manager, and of Damon Neal as Southwest regional sales manager.

With over 24 years of combined sales and management experience in the packaging industry, Leckie brings respected experience in building successful partner relationships, business development and aftermarket support. Most recently, he held the similar position with C&M Conveyor. Leckie has also led aftermarket support efforts for MarquipWardUnited, a division of Barry-Wehmiller. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Technology Management.

“Tony’s background, experience and customer focus makes him a perfect fit for our organization,” said Ken Tinnell, vice president and general manager. “Through his extensive knowledge and understanding of the packaging industry, he is well-positioned to handle the demand for Shuttleworth’s products and solutions.”

Leckie joins Shuttleworth’s highly regarded team of product handling experts and will be based in California.

Damon Neal brings over 20 years of experience in technical sales, support and training, as well as project management. He brings valuable experience in building strategic partnerships with valued customers, and identifying opportunities for improvements throughout the manufacturing production process.
