The new Protein Mug Muffin is joining the company’s popular organic Pumpkin Seed bars and 100-calorie Chia Bars. This warm, spoonable, plant-based muffin is non-gmo, gluten-, soy-, and dairy-free. It is made with superfoods such as ancient grains, nuts, and seeds; has 12g of plant based protein, only 6g sugar, and is an excellent source of fiber. Ready in under a minute, the Protein Mug Muffin makes eating a clean, nutrient-filled, wholesome breakfast simple and convenient. It has the same amount of protein as greek yogurt, but less than half as much sugar. It also offers a lot more protein and a lot less sugar than instant oatmeal.

Each flavor, including Blueberry, Banana Nut, and Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip, is made with superfoods and has plant-based protein sourced from fava beans, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds and sorghum.
