The California Raisin Marketing Board calls for entries in the sixth annual America’s Best Raisin Bread Contest. This year’s finalists will attend International Baking Industry Exposition (IBIE) in Las Vegas on Oct. 6-9 and demonstrate their skills on the show floor.
Thirty-six finalists participated in the California Raisin Marketing Board's 5th annual America’s Best Raisin Bread Contest, held Oct. 12-13 in Manhattan, Kan.
The 2012 America’s Best Raisin Bread Contest, hosted by the California Raisin Marketing Board, named 36 finalists across the country. The total number of entries exceeded 2011 totals, at 104, and 31 of the 36 finalists are first-time qualifiers.
