Findlay leads System1’s innovation function, where he guides the development of solutions that help brands optimize new ideas, including System1’s Test Your Innovation platform. He brings nearly 20 years of experience in innovation and commercialization, which has helped expand the adoption and impact of System1’s tools across global organizations. Before joining System1, Findlay led Toluna’s largest UK commercial team and served as the company’s UK AI champion. He began his career at Nielsen BASES and later held senior roles at Zappi and MMR, specializing in product and sensory innovation.
