Atlas Holdings has announced that it has completed its acquisition of the Snacks Division of TreeHouse Foods, Inc., establishing Flagstone Foods as a new, standalone company and category leader.
TreeHouse Foods, Inc. (NYSE: THS) announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell the Company's Snacks Division to Atlas Holdings LLC ("Atlas").
