BEMA has revised its 2016 Winter Summit—Feb. 27–28 in Chicago—to enable attendees to make the most of their time and to deliver a high-impact event.

To be held Oct. 18-20 at The Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix, the event will feature educational sessions and networking events.

Attendees and exhibitors can book their accommodations now online or by phone.

The Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) will hold its 2014 Annual Meeting & Food Expo—and celebrate its 75th anniversary—in New Orleans, June 21-24.
