Registration is now open for the Biscuit & Cracker Manufacturers’ Association’s Annual Leadership Convention, to be held Oct. 18-20 at The Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix.

The 112th Annual Convention program will offer members enhanced educational sessions and networking events. The preliminary schedule is as follows:

Sunday, Oct. 18

11 a.m.-1 p.m.—Tennis outing

2-4 p.m.—Registration

4:45-5:45 p.m.—Welcome reception

Monday, Oct. 19

7-11 a.m.—Registration

7-8 a.m.—Continental breakfast

8-11 a.m.—General sessions: “The Power of Passion—Focusing on the Why Before the What” by James B. Leighton, COO, Boulder Brands Inc. and “An Executive’s Commodity Market Outlook Into 2016” by Matt Beeson, president, Beeson & Associates Inc.

9:15-9:45 a.m.—Refreshment break

11:30 a.m.-5 p.m.—Biltmore history tour and afternoon at the pool

Noon-4 p.m.—Golf tournament

7-10 p.m.—Monday Night Black & White Gala

Tuesday, Oct. 20

7-9 a.m.—Registration

7-8 a.m.—Continental breakfast

8-Noon—General sessions: “Making Sustainable Food Choices Today” by Dr. Corolla Grebitus, assistant professor, Arizona State University; “Challenges & Opportunities—Can the Food Industry Win the Talent War?” by Dr. Mark Manfredo, professor, Arizona State University; and “The Beginning at the End of the Road” by Allan Karl, world traveler, adventurer, photographer and entrepreneur.

1-5 p.m.—Desert Jeep excursion
