Eli's Cheesecake launches bite-sized desserts
Flavors range from Caramel Swirl Brownie, to Carrot Cake, and more.

Chicago-based Eli’s Cheesecake Bakery is introducing four varieties of its Cuties 1-inch square dessert bites. Flavors include:
- Caramel Swirl Brownie: A fudgy cocoa brownie, topped with Eli’s Original Plain Cheesecake, swirled with housemade bittersweet chocolate ganache and salted dulce de leche caramel.
- Carrot Cake Cheesecake: Eli's carrot cake full of real carrots and juicy pineapple, baked on a cinnamon graham crust, topped with cheesecake inspired by classic cream cheese frosting.
- Strawberry Lemon Bar: Housemade strawberry and lemon curd topped with a dusting of strawberry sugar, baked on an all-butter shortbread cookie crust.
- Vanilla Bean Cheesecake: Custard is folded into cream cheese to make this creamy cheesecake, flecked with real Madagascar vanilla beans and torched on top, baked on an all-butter shortbread cookie crust.
Each case includes one tray of each variety to mix and match when preparing for catering, party trays, buffets, sweet tables, desserts-to-go, flights, amuse-bouche, and more, the company says. Eli's Cuties can be stored frozen for up to nine months.
