Butter Buds names new national sales director

Butter Buds Inc., a global supplier of dairy and non-dairy concentrates, has promoted Paul Buhler to national sales director of its ingredients division. The appointment reflects the company’s continued investment in leadership development and long-term growth strategy.
“Paul originally joined the company in 2018 and has spent years learning all aspects of our business—from warehousing, sample requests and fulfillment, applications, and R&D, to multiple sales roles where he produced excellent results by growing sales in both domestic and international markets,” says John Buhler, president of Butter Buds Inc. “Paul has demonstrated great sales ability, and his enthusiasm towards building authentic relationships both inside and outside the company makes him a perfect fit for this role leading our sales team.”
In his new role, Buhler will oversee Butter Buds’ sales organization across North America, providing strategic direction to regional teams, managing pricing and contract negotiations, and identifying market opportunities. He will also lead efforts to introduce new technologies and ingredient solutions that align with evolving customer needs.
Buhler’s experience spans multiple departments, giving him a comprehensive understanding of the company’s operations—from product development to market delivery. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Maryland–Baltimore County and studied economics at the University of Amsterdam, Amsterdam School of Economics.
