Heat and Control's PACK Expo showcase
The company will display its new water recirculation system and other solutions.

Heat and Control, a global equipment manufacturer and food processing supplier, will exhibit at PACK EXPO Las Vegas 2025 from September 29–October 1 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Visitors can explore the company’s latest innovations at booth W-2506.
In response to growing sustainability demands, Heat and Control will highlight its Cascade Water Recirculation system, designed to reduce freshwater consumption by up to 75% without compromising product quality or equipment reliability. The system integrates two core components: the Slice Wash Support Module (SWSM) and the Process Recirculation Support Module (PRSM).
Key benefits include:
- Reduced freshwater and energy consumption
- Improved process performance
- Enhanced sanitation
Attendees can learn more during a presentation at the Processing Innovation Stage (N-9100, North Hall) on Monday, September 29, from 1:00–1:30 p.m. PT. Jonathan Kaylor, development engineer at Heat and Control, will share insights on process water recirculation and freshwater reduction strategies for the food industry.
Heat and Control will also showcase its latest solutions for processing, seasoning, conveying, weighing, packaging, and inspection. Alongside partners Ishida and CEIA, the company will present a range of equipment and have experts available to discuss production needs.
The Spray Dynamics Symphony In-Kitchen Seasoning System (IKS) and FastBack Symphony On-Machine Seasoning System (OMS) integrate ingredient capture and containment technologies to minimize fugitive dust, reduce waste, and improve application consistency.
Ishida’s new Inspira Series rotary motion bagmaker will be on display, capable of producing up to 220 small bags per minute while maintaining seal integrity across various film types.
CEIA will present its latest metal detection systems, offering high sensitivity for detecting metals in food products at any point along the production line.
