Flock Foods launches Benihana-inspired chicken crisps
The snacks will be available at select retailers in early 2026.

The One Group, an international restaurant company, has unveiled a new collaboration between Benihana, a U.S. operator of teppanyaki restaurants, and Flock Foods, to develop the brand’s first-ever direct-to-consumer chicken snack, inspired by the brand’s signature flavors. The partnership combines Flock Foods’ high-protein, better-for-you snacks with Benihana’s culinary heritage.
“This collaboration marks an exciting milestone as we continue expanding the Benihana experience beyond our restaurant walls. By partnering with Flock Foods and their innovative approach to better-for-you snacking, we’re giving fans a convenient new way to enjoy the taste they love anytime, anywhere,” remarks Emanuel “Manny” Hilario, president and CEO of The One Group.
Available now, the new Benihana x Flock Foods chicken snack can be purchased online at FlockFoods.com, allowing for an easy and convenient way to bring the signature Benihana taste home, the brand says. The snacks will be available at select retailers in early 2026. Made from 100% real chicken and crafted with a teriyaki flavor profile, the Flock Chicken Skin Crisps are reportedly crispy and crunchy, with the texture of a potato chip, without the carbs—each serving has 13 g of protein, one carb, and less than one g of sugar, making it a keto-friendly snack.
“Partnering with Benihana gave us the opportunity to integrate their iconic teppanyaki flavors into a high protein snack that aligns with our mission to deliver exceptionally flavorful chicken snacks to consumers everywhere,” says Jake Drwal, COO of Flock Foods. “We’re thrilled to introduce this bold new addition that captures the unmistakable Benihana experience in every bite.”
