The taste of Valentina hot sauce comes to life in a pork rind.

Rudolph Foods, a producer of authentic, handcrafted pork rinds, has announced its newest flavor innovation: Valentina Chicharrones, featuring the taste of Valentina Mexican Hot Sauce.

The new variety brings together two heritage brands to deliver a Mexican flavor experience in a crunchy pork rind. This collaboration offers snackers a new way to enjoy a hot sauce from south of the border, the companies say.

Sixty-two percent of Gen Z and 59% of Millennials enjoy spicy foods, per the Hartman Group, therefore this collaboration aims to deliver a standout option that brings excitement to the pork rind category and taps into the growing popularity of Mexican pantry staples, the brands add. Valentina Chicharrones will begin rolling out to select retailers nationwide in early 2026.

“Bringing Valentina’s iconic flavor to pork rinds is a natural fit,” says Mark Singleton, VP of sales and marketing at Rudolph Foods. “Both brands share a passion for bold, authentic flavor and products that show up everywhere people eat, from everyday meals to on-the-go snacking. This collaboration lets us deliver a familiar, craveable heat in a new way while staying true to the low-carb, high-protein benefits our consumers expect.”

This latest offering underscores Rudolph Foods’ commitment to innovation and flavor exploration, the brand says. By expanding into culturally inspired, globally recognized taste profiles, the company continues to elevate the pork rind category and invite more consumers to enjoy this traditionally Southern snack in new and exciting ways, it notes.
