Reiser recently opened its new state-of-the-industry customer center at its Canton, Mass.-based headquarters. The 6,500-sq.-ft. expansion to the company’s existing building features a customizable processing room with space to run individual machines or fully automated lines. The center also has a full test kitchen for preparing, baking and sampling finished product.
According to Reiser, the facility allows product to be processed under the same conditions found in most “top-of-the-line” bakeries in the industry. It also includes modern conference rooms for meetings and training, as well as workstations for visitors.
“Reiser has a long history of providing the highest levels of customer support,” says John McIsaac, vice president of strategic business development at Reiser. “Our new customer center is one more way that we can help bakers develop the best solution for their particular application.”
Reiser’s full line of processing and packaging equipment can be tested at the customer center, including its Vemag dough dividers, dough and batter depositors, extruders, coextruders, formers, fillers, portioners and sheeters.
The center also houses Seydelmann bowl cutters and choppers, mixers, grinders and mixing grinders, as well as Ross tray sealers for case-ready and modified atmosphere packaging and Repak horizontal form/fill/seal packaging machines.
Bakers are invited to contact Reiser. For more information or to schedule a demonstration, e-mail email@example.com or visit www.reiser.com.
