Jim Anderson is named sales manager for Trancendim Solutions, Caravan Ingredients’ award-winning high diglyceride brand. Anderson will manage multiple industry channels, including retail and foodservice segments.


Caravan Ingredients, Lenexa, Kan., names James Anderson sales manager for Trancendim Solutions, an award-winning high diglyceride brand designed to reduce saturated fat content in processed foods, particularly the 0 g. trans-fat lipid systems prevalent in food products today.

Anderson has more than 30 years of managerial marketing and sales experience in both value-added and commodity food ingredients, working for companies such as Kraft Foods in their edible oils division, as well as Bunge Foods and AarhusKarlshamn USA. He joined Caravan in 2008 within the food ingredients group as an account manager covering Chicago and the Midwest region.
