Personal Note From The Editor
Lining up stories overseas can be a challenge, so I would like to take this opportunity to thank those who have helped me with several international stories for our magazine.
Special thanks to Ken Schwenger at Rollequip East, Inc., Adi Cermak at Cetravac GmbH and the folks at Koenig for lining up last month’s feature at Kuchen-Peter, the bread and roll operation just outside of Vienna, Austria. Also, special thanks to Peter Györgyfalvay, the bakery’s owner, for allowing us to visit his facility.
