Product Snapshot: Dare to go naked with Frozen Naked pizza, launched by Denver-based entrepreneur Gay Burke and its partner Frozen NP, LLC. The crust is made with an Ancestral Blend of 10 grains, including oats, brown rice, buckwheat, quinoa, amaranth, teff, spelt, tapioca and two kinds of wheat, plus prebiotic agave fiber. The crust also houses a probiotic bacteria, Bacillus coagulans GBI-30 6086, in order to survive both freezing and baking. It comes in Superbiotic (topped with artichokes, roasted red peppers, red onions, spinach, mushrooms, roasted garlic and cilantro), Uncured Pepperoni (traditional all-natural pepperoni and premium mozzarella cheese), Cheese (100% premium mozzarella) and Chicken (with roasted red bell peppers and sweet yellow onions).

Ingredients (Superbiotic): Pizza dough: wheat flour, water, whole wheat flour, yeast, agave inulin, wheat gluten, canola il, whole grain amaranth flour, whole grain brown rice flour, whole grain buckwheat flour, malted whole grain barley flour, whole grain oat flour, whole grain quinoa flour, whole grain spelt flour, whole grain teff flour, tapioca starch, salt, inactive dried yeast, bacillus coagulans GBI-30 6086. Mozzarella cheese: low-moisture part-skim mozzarella cheese (pasteurized part-skim milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes). Pizza sauce: water, tomato paste, pizza sauce mix (salt, dehydrated garlic, dehydrated onion, spices), basil.
