Dubbed by show host the Packaging Machinery Manufacturers Institute (PMMI) the premier packaging and processing tradeshow this year, PACK EXPO Las Vegas, Sept. 23-25 at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, will showcase new technologies, materials, machinery and methods for packaging and processing from 1,600 exhibiting companies. Registration is now open for the show, which is slated to feature integrated systems for increasing line productivity, versatility and efficiency and various new product launches promising new heights in safety, security, automation and cost savings.

Onsite demonstrations will be spotlighted for visitors to assess the compatibility, adaptability and ease of operation of various systems and equipment. Open 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily, the show will also include industry pavilions such as the Brand Zone, the Confectionery Pavilion, the Pharmaceutical Pavilion, the Processing Zone and the Reusable Packaging Pavilion, in which buyers can focus on solutions targeted at their particular needs.

Also presented will be the Conference at PACK EXPO, which will incorporate sessions on topics ranging from best practices to new technologies to regulatory compliance. An innovation stage will showcase free half-hour seminars on the latest technologies, while the Food Safety Summit Resource Center will allow attendees to take advantage of free information and consultations with subject matter experts to assess new strategies for food-safety compliance.
