Delkor Systems, St. Paul, Minn., names Bernard McDowell sales manager for Indiana, Michigan and Ohio, effective February. He replaces Luke Gardner, who has accepted the position of sales engineer within the company’s applications department.

McDowell and Gardner continue to report to Mike Wilcox, vice president of sales, marketing and after-market services.
