Harpak-ULMA announced the appointment of Dave Weikel as service manager in its Ball Ground, GA office. Weikel has a wealth of experience in all aspects of Customer Service and has proven expertise in building and sustaining high levels of customer satisfaction and process improvement.
Weikel will assist in achieving the technical services operational objectives by working with his team and leveraging the tools available to deliver optimal customer service to clients. Along with other objectives, he will provide scheduling to maximize utilization, grow and mentor his team, and be a key point of contact for customers.
