With the holidays right around the corner, Dawn Foods has created a holiday infographic. The infographic highlights stats from a recent survey conducted by Dawn around holiday baking habits of adults in the U.S.

With 73 percent of Americans more excited about baking during the holidays than any other time of the year, the survey provided some interesting stats for all bakers to keep in mind:

• 70 percent of people will either make or buy up to five baked goods this holiday season.
• In the Midwest and west, pumpkin flavor is most popular during the holidays, while in the south its pecan and northeast, it's apple.
• The top 3 baked goods during the holiday to both bake and pie are: pies, cookies and cakes.
